Flavor Concepts Catering was established in 2009 by Chef/Owner Evan Hennessey and Co-Owner Jared Hennessey. The brothers grew up in Dover and were thrilled at the opportunity to open a business in the community they were raised in.
Evan served as the executive chef in several Portsmouth restaurants, upon completion of culinary school. His passion for creativity and dedication to using local and sustainable ingredients are on just a few of the many reasons of what sets Flavor Concepts apart from other caterers. The commitment to using local ingredients and supporting local farmers, fisherman, and foragers is the cornerstone of his cuisine.
