Flavor Concepts is a product of Chef Evan Hennessey, an acclaimed local chef that graduated from Le Cordon Bleu and has since gained national attention for his talent and commitment to the culinary industry. Flavor Concepts’ unique kitchen is headed by Chef John Flintosh who, under the tutelage of Hennessey, employs refined and innovative techniques in order to capture the distinct flavors of each ingredient.
